Genre: Selection

The social issue that we selected for our final magazine was "CHILD LABOR" as it was the choice of majority in our survey. Haseeb and I sat together and thought about the other topics as well such as body shaming but we thought that in our society this problem of child labor is present everywhere and we can get enough amount of people that will readily gave us their support for our final magazine.

Body shaming was also a choice, but that was a sensitive topic to get information, as people might get angry when interviewing them. People also not like to share something that is as personal as there body so that choice was rejected by us and also the majority of people do not choose that in the survey.

Finally, I used Instagram poll to know about the opinion of my followers about the genre. The majority of the followers agreed that "CHILD LABOR" is a prominent issue in our society and it was now final, that this topic is decided. Now we can continue the research on this topic so that we are well-equipped with all the essential knowledge about the topic.
