Designing my SECOND magazine cover

SAMPLE:
Today our task was to design a "CEO" magazine cover which must be similar to the sample provided by our media teacher. It was quite interesting but it took plenty of my time to match the font style and it's features.
In beginning, I chose Jack Ma as my CEO model of cover and searched his picture from the internet. Likewise, I put blue and white gradient as the background as in the sample. Than I use masking tool from Photoshop CS6 to put the text behind Jack Ma's back. Than I wrote all the text similar to the sample but make some amendments to make it relevant.
